Adv. Idit Albo-Kenn Born in 1966,  grew up and was educated in Holon, currently lives in Haifa, Married and a mother of five.

During her military service she served as an officer in the military police and as cadet instructor at Training Camp 12. She completed her military service ranked as Lieutenant. 
Adv. Albo-Kenn graduated from the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University. 
She has gained a valuable and extensive experience in many areas of the Israeli law and led hundreds of cases in courts, all relating to various areas of the Civil and Commercial Laws. 

 Areas of Practice

Civil and Commercial Law 
Representation and support of corporations during their establishment and registration at the Companies Registrar, preparation and drafting of agreements and contracts, handling claims within the scope of Contract Law. 

Property of Land / Real Estate
Drafting of agreements of various land transactions, obtaining all relevant and necessary permits, property rights transfer of assets. 

Labor Law 
Preparation of employment contracts, counseling for employees and employers, legal proceedings. 

Execution / bankruptcy / liquidation of companies
Representation of debtors and creditors at the Execution Office, filing bankruptcy proceedings until receipt of discharge, implementation of voluntary liquidation procedures for companies.

 Torts

Representation of road accident victims' vis-à-vis insurance companies; claims for damages against the individual tortfeasors. 

Wills and Inheritance Succession Law 
Drawing up of wills, filing applications for the issuance of a probate certificate / probate of will, administration and representation of legal proceedings in court in case of probate objection. 

Representation and Litigation
Extensive experience in litigation before all judicial instances: Civil Courts, Labor Courts.
